Emotional and stress eating: COVID-19 has left many of us feeling isolated and stressed. This program will not only address emotional eating, but also connect you to others that are struggling emotionally due to COVID-19.
Improved immunity: The meal plan guidelines have been created to improve immune function.
A food plan including recipes, shopping lists and educational material, emphasizing a whole-foods diet that promotes weight loss, reduction in emotional eating, and immune-boosting foods.
4 live, online group support chats (60 minutes). The first live group chat will be held the Monday before the start date (June 1st) to get you started on the right track!
