Are you tired of cooking the same meals over and over? If so, this meal planning subscription is for you! All you need to do is follow the plan and I will do the rest for you! When you sign up for the meal planning subscription you will get an email every Friday afternoon containing the next week’s “nutritionist approved” meals, shopping tips, suggested brands, and nutrition tips and tricks to keep you on track. All meals can be prepared in 30 minutes or less and emphasize organic, delicious, and nutritious whole foods that the whole family will love!
This plan is not individually designed to address personal preferences and/or food allergies/sensitivities but is entirely gluten, dairy, and soy free!!
