Jess reviewed my current supplements, diet, and lab results. She made reasonable recommendations and helped me work through a 2-month cleanse and detox. The cleanse led me to make some dietary lifestyle changes. All of this resulted in reducing my overall joint inflammation, and it all but eliminated the pain I had been suffering from in my low back for 3+ years. Jess helped to educate me on the tools I have at my disposal to live a healthier and more comfortable life. I feel like I have had the day to day functional quality of my life restored to a great degree.
In September of 2020, I was diagnosed with severe digestive issues by another physician who referred me to Jess due to her specialty in working with severe cases. The other physician would not consult or work with me due to the severity of my issues. My symptoms were caused from breast implant illness and in talking to Jess she knew of others with cases like mine. She assured me that my case could be healed and was honest with me about the time frame. She knew it was going to be a long road ahead of me. Jess does not treat you like a number or that you do not matter. She has shown that over and over and healed my digestive issues. She is caring and concerned about your healing and well-being. She goes above and beyond what anyone else did for me within the 5 years I have been trying to find a cure for my digestive issues. I highly recommend Jess and her extreme knowledge in healing.
Working with Jess has been a life changing process. Although I was eating healthy by society standards, I wasn't eating the right things for my body. She helped me determine which foods were triggering my autoimmune disease causing me to feel awful and retain weight. We worked together through the detox phase, she was able to provide helpful suggestions for food changes as well as adding or adjusting supplements to help my body function the way it is supposed to for the better of my health. When adding foods back in she enlightened me on signs and symptoms of inflammation, many of which I would not have known prior to working with Jess. I am thankful for the positive change I have seen in myself and my health. I would recommend working with Jess to anyone who wants to gain insight into their health by exploring their individual nutritional needs.
