Hormone Nutritionist
Our hormones impact every aspect of our lives, and hormonal imbalances are one of the number one factors affecting women’s health.
Thyroid imbalances, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), irregular menstrual cycles, perimenopause, or menopause can impact your daily life, leaving you depressed, anxious, and irritable. Hormone changes affect your weight, energy, sleep, and overall health, and we also see that hormonal changes in women with autoimmunity can worsen symptoms, promoting autoimmune flares!
We take a holistic approach to balancing your hormones at Vital Source Nutrition. Often women struggle with hormonal imbalances due to excessive stress, nutrient deficiencies, digestive issues, and impaired detoxification.
We will help you control your hormonal symptoms and address the root cause, allowing you to feel your best. Schedule your free consult today. Virtual and in-person appointments are available.
Please note: If the times available on the "Book Consult" page do not work with your schedule, please fill out the contact form so we can find a time that is better for you.

After a few months, I lost 20 pounds, my depression is gone and my energy and vitality have returned. The joint pain I had struggled with evaporated, and my symptoms of menopause were greatly reduced. I can say, with Jess's support, I was able to change my life!
